TGIF

It's Friday again and I hardly worked out this week.  I was PMSing very bad and not in the mood for much.  Now I'm a little better.  Now I really need to get down to losing weight.  I always say this, but I need to really do it.  Yes, I have lost 50+ pounds (depends on the day, it could be up to 60).  Now it's time to do more to lose more.  I think that is my problem.  What I was doing was great.  It helped lose the first 50.  Now I have to take it up a level to get more gone.  When there is a down time at work, I will plan my workouts for the next few weeks.  I will need to get up early to work out and then work out at night.  I think if I do more than before, I should get more gone!.  

I haven't drank any pop in about 3 months!  I'm going to keep that up.  I don't need pop and I don't want it.  I need to stop eating fast food, but I keep doing so.  I need to take more healthy snacks and items to work.  Then I won't feel like stopping after work. 

That's all for now.  I need to get the girls their breakfast and then off to work!
